RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance as required.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Recommend upgrades or repairs as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Maltese and English language.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various physical conditions.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to HAVE
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures.
- Certification in Building Maintenance
- Electrical Authorisation License B
- Driving License
