COVID-19 Measures & Instructions (In-Store & Deliveries)

Here under please find the instructions and measures that we will be taking until further notice. These instructions and measures are being taken in order to reduce tangible payments, physical contact with products and minimum human interaction as much as possible. This is done for the benefit of our customers, staff and everyone else around you.

  • - Customers are expected to make use of the hand sanitizer provided at each outlet's check-in/out area upon entering the outlets and even before affecting any method of payment.
  • - Customers are not allowed to touch display items. Please ask for assistance!
  • - The preferred method of payment is to be done by credit cards in shops.
  • - When credit card payments are not possible cash or cheque (with the presentation of the ID card) will only be accepted by the checkout counters at the outlets.
  • - Payments must be done in full and no payments on delivery will be accepted.
  • - For any online orders payments must be done online. Any unpaid orders will be cancelled without notification.
  • - During this period no collection of old appliances will be done. 
  • - Upon delivery, the delivery personnel will take a photo of the delivered product which shows the client's ID card placed on the product as a proof of delivery.
  • - A minimum social distancing of at least 1.5m MUST be respected at all times, both in the outlets and the customers' residences.
  • - A mask or face visor MUST be worn at all times inside the outlets. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone not wearing a mask or face visor.
  • - 1 person (besides staff members) per 10sqm will be allowed inside the outlets. If the outlet will be at capacity, you might be asked to wait outside until a customer goes out of the outlet.
